Oceanview Private Wealth
Invites You to Join
“Virtually Impossible” With Mike Duseberg
Watch the view for a very special invitation from Rich Ewing.
Here’s Your Guide to Successfully Participating in the “Virtually Impossible Show”
(Following these steps will greatly reduce the number of technical issues you will have during the show!)
Step One:
Get a Zoom Account
For the safety and security of everyone at the show, we require that everyone have a Zoom account. If you don’t already have an account, click the button below and create one at the Zoom.us website.
A Basic Zoom account is completely free. No credit card is required.
(The button below opens a new tab, so you’ll be able to return to this page when you have created your account).
Step Two:
Download the Zoom App
Zoom works best if you’re using their app, whether you’re on a PC or a mobile device (like a tablet or phone). If you don’t already have the Zoom app on your device, click the button below and download the proper app for your device.
(The button below opens a new tab, so you’ll be able to return to this page when you have downloaded the app).
Don’t Forget! Make sure you sign into the app with the email address and password you created in Step One!
Step Three:
Register for the Show
Click the Button Below to Register for Oceanview Private Wealth’s private showing of Virtually Impossible on October 22nd, 2020 at 8PM.
After you have registered, you will receive an email from Zoom confirming your registration and giving you the link and password to the show. SAVE THE EMAIL.
Important: Use the email address that you used when you created your Zoom account in Step 1.
(As before, the button below will open a new tab, so you can return to this page when you are done).
VERY VERY IMPORTANT: DO NOT SHARE THIS EMAIL, THE LINK TO THE MEETING, OR THE PASSWORD.
For your safety and security, we keep a list of clients that have been invited to the show and are authorized to enter the showroom. Anyone who is not on the invitation list will not be allowed into the showroom. Your cooperation will prevent confusion and help us start the show on time.
The confirmation email from Zoom will look like this:
Step Four:
Set a Calendar Reminder
In the email you receive from Zoom, you’ll be able to set a calendar reminder for the show. This is a very helpful way to make sure you don’t lose track of the show link and the password for the show. Click the link for the calendar system you use, and save the show to your calendar.
Step Five:
Show Time!
We will open the showroom for the Oceanview Private Wealth event at 7:45pm on October 22nd.
It’s very important that you arrive on time. For security reasons, no one will be allowed into the showroom after 8:00PM.
Don’t Forget to Have Your Audience Participation Package Nearby!
To enter the showroom:
First, make sure that your PC or mobile device is logged into the Zoom app.
Then, Click the Link in the Registration Email from Zoom.
Your device will automatically ask you for permission to use the Zoom app. Give it permission.
Zoom will automatically enter the password and put you in the Waiting Room.
Our team will match your name with the club’s invitation list and place you in the show room. (For your safety and security, anyone who is not on our invitation list will not be allowed into the show room).
Make sure your Zoom screen is set to “Speaker” view (so you see one large picture in the middle of the screen, and not a grid of small pictures). If your screen is set to “Gallery,” click the word “Gallery” to switch to “Speaker” view.
Your microphone will be set to “mute” and your video will be “off” at the beginning of the show. Mike will tell you when to turn them on.
If you don’t wish to participate in the show, please leave your microphone and camera off.
Have Fun!
